Marco Iezzi has over 15 years of cross-industry experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur. His expertise centers on banking & financial services, energy, and luxury goods. His career includes roles at institutions such as the Deutsche Bundesbank, Capco, and Deutsche Bank. He is also the founder of Simplex Advisors GmbH, a consultancy focused on the banking sector.
As an expert in banking and entrepreneurship, Marco Iezzi advises on strategic decision-making processes and supports the development of sustainable strategies and the optimization of business processes. He authored and co-authored several professional articles, books, and academic papers.
Additionally, he is a member of a research group at the University of Applied Sciences Hannover, focusing on power grid stability. Marco has also served as a lecturer at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. As a coach and mentor, he supports international business leaders and executives.

Carsten Hahn has successfully spent 23 years leading strategic transformations and projects in financial services, bridging business and IT in global consulting firms. With his extensive experience and deep knowledge in the areas of banking, payments, and capital markets, he has advised and supported clients in making strategic decisions.
As a Senior Partner, he was a member of the Executive Board at Capco and co-responsible for business development in Germany, Austria, and Slovakia. In his role as the head of various competency areas, he successfully developed and positioned new consulting offerings in the market. Prior to this, he held positions at Accenture and Sopra Steria.
In addition to his entrepreneurial role as a strategic advisor, he supports individuals and companies as a certified systemic business coach.
